Hello, I’m Ashley and I created this blog to share my thoughts on the shows and movies I watch. If you asked people who know me in real life they would tell you I constantly am talking about shows, watching them and making comments. I thought this could be a place to put and organise my thoughts and where others who also appreciate these kinds of conversations could read them.
I am a 20 year old, university student born and raised in Australia. Some of my favorite things to watch include; Pretty Little Liars, Veronica Mars, The Vampire Diaries, Supernatural, Criminal Minds, SKAM (all of them), Parks and Recreation and more. I am particularly interested in dramas, crime shows and foreign shows and always looking for recommendations.
I also love watching and have been inspired to create this blog by YouTubers like Dylan Is In Trouble, Trin Lovell, Pretty Much It, CinemaSins and other YouTube commentators/reactors. This blog is my take on this type of media
Potentially controversial but, I am by no means a book reader nor do I enjoy reading. There are several books I have read which I have enjoyed but for me reading a book is too long and when I spend most of my time at university reading papers and academic articles it is not how I choose to spend my free time. I also feel as though, I can re-watch a movie or TV show a hundred times and it only take a few hours but to re-read a book could take me far longer so I choose not to cloud my mind with noticing the differences between the book version and television or movie adaptation. So I choose not to allow reading the books ruin the experience of watching film or television media.
